Worktop Express is a commercial and retail provider of various kitchen worktops in the United Kingdom featuring premium materials and an industry-leading order processing time.

Challenge

Worktop Express has extensive experience in the UK kitchen worktop market. Their team needed someone to generate new leads/inquiries that could convert into sales and increase brand awareness in their regions of operation. After onboarding with our customer management team, we have established that Facebook Marketing services are an ideal way to help them achieve their objectives.

Pixel / Retargeting

We have deployed Facebook pixel tracking code and configured retargeting audiences so that we could display ads to all users that interact with the Facebook page or visit the company website.

Ad creation

We have developed numerous static, video, and dynamic ad campaigns for the Facebook platform.

Target definition

Reinforcement

We have developed retargeting ads for all potential customers that engaged with the brand via Facebook or the website. The objective was to continuously re-engage them and strengthen the brand by showing company videos and testimonials of happy customers.

Lead Generation

We utilized Facebook Messenger, Lead Forms, and CTC actions to draw more leads for the customer. We have linked these lead forms to our systems to immediately alert the customer with the lead name, email, and phone number so they could call them back while the lead was still warm.

Retargeting

Choosing a kitchen worktop is not an impulsive process, so we needed to adapt to longer decision-making. We focused on retargeting by using the Facebook Pixel, slideshow videos, and lead form ads to reinforce the Worktop Express brand throughout the decision-making process. This approach means we can successfully deliver the most relevant ads and currently produces 40-50% of all leads.
