CHANINTR began as a furniture importer, launching in Bangkok in 1994 with the brands’ Baker and McGuire. They shared an overall approach to life —a relaxed luxury that characterizes the American lifestyle. Our approach features a commitment to quality, attention to craftsmanship, and grace of our service with a focus on relationships with our customers.

Challenge

CHANINTR is an established business that had been successfully working for many years. However, their marketing efforts were not as successful — traditional newspaper ads and a poorly-optimized website resulted in low leads making business harder.

The customer needed help with generating new leads/inquiries converting into store/showroom visits and improving brand awareness in regions of operation. After onboarding with our customer management team, it became clear that they need Facebook marketing service.




Solution

Our Facebook advertising team has thoroughly studied the customer and used the collected information in the following tasks:

Testing, measurement, and reporting

We have developed many campaigns for different targeting groups, ads, and budgets to measure. We collected ROA data and analyzed it to pinpoint the best campaigns.

Ads creation

We have developed several static, video, and dynamic ad campaigns for the Facebook platform.

Pixel/Retargeting

We used Facebook pixel tracking code and configured retargeting audiences to display ads to all users that interact with the Facebook page or visit the company website.

Target definition

We have established a target customer group of 30+ male/female audience based within 40 miles of the business location. Advanced targeting techniques helped us narrow down the audiences through common interests.

The customer’s strategy was based on three pillars:

Driving Traffic and Engagement

We have developed many static image, carousel, and video slideshow ads and boosted relevant influencer posts that drew interested users to CHANINTR’s website.

Lead Generation

We utilized Facebook Messenger, Lead Forms, and CTC actions to draw more leads for the customer. We have linked lead forms to our systems that immediately alerted the customer with the lead name, email, and phone number so they could call them back while the lead was still warm.

Reinforcement

We have developed retargeting ads for all potential customers that engaged with the brand via Facebook or the website. The objective was to continuously re-engage them by showing company videos and testimonials of happy customers.

Retargeting

CHANINTR deals in furniture and changing furniture is a long process involving many third parties such as electricians, plumbers, and designers. Prices can well exceed several thousand USD, so impulsive purchases are unlikely and the decision-making process can also be drawn out.

With this in mind, we have developed an intense retargeting campaign with the Facebook Pixel. We have created video and lead form ads reinforcing CHANINTR’s brand through the process of decision-making that could take up to 90 days. This approach delivers highly relevant ads and currently produces 30-40% of all leads.
