Noppies is a brand created for pregnant women and mums. For over 20 years, Noppies has ensured that style-aware women can feel confident during the highlights and challenges of their pregnancies by developing comfortable and trendy maternity clothes.
The company aims to enable every woman to express her true self in an outfit that reflects her character.
Challenge
Noppies exists for more than 20 years. They had a brand new website, little social media following, and a limited initial marketing budget. After trying several inexpensive or free online marketing solutions, Noppies found that they simply don’t work. All their activities brought less than $500 in sales in the first 3 months.
Noppies realized that they need someone to help generate sales, increase social media exposure, and improve global awareness of its brand to increase exposure in its competitive market. Solution
Our Facebook ad team had several consultation calls with the customer that improved our efficiency in the following tasks:

We developed a target customer group of 24-37 aged females in the UK and Ireland and used more advanced targeting techniques to fine-pick the audience based on interests and page likes.

Our strategy for Noppies was based on three pillars:
Brand promotion
We have developed many brand-based ads, launched several Facebook look-a-like campaigns, and organized engagement contests with free giveaways to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
Customer Acquisition
We focused some ads with unique discount codes on new customers to get initial sales and build up the base audience.
Sales and retargeting
We used the Facebook Pixel and Facebook product catalogs to track users visiting specific product pages and show them the exact products that they had been looking for. This resulted in higher conversions and brought a lot of new sales.
Retargeting and Dynamic Product Ads
We have discovered that only 25% of visitors adding items to their cart are placing an actual order, so our team integrated Dynamic Product Ads and other retargeting campaigns to convert sales that could otherwise be lost.
This retargeting strategy improved the conversion rate by another 5 percent meaning more actual orders.
Retargeting campaigns have been consistently delivering over 4x ROA, which is an excellent result.

to previous periods, Noppies increased sales by a staggering number of 1,421%, getting 400% more visitors and 1820% more orders. The numbers speak for themselves.
